Clients may request a reschedule or cancellation up to 14 days before a scheduled service. In such cases, we will issue a full credit to the original payment method or reschedule the service at no extra charge.

If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the service date, no refund will be provided due to allocated resources and time constraints.

6.2 Info Products

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once access or a download link has been provided, as this ensures content integrity and prevents unauthorized distribution.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs may apply.
